(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The company states that the original order was placed on Dec.26 and the they sent an email 20 days later on Jan. 15. The company had all of the information to process the order on the credit card. The company was given my name, card number, expiry date, and CCV number. The company states that they gave us 5 extra days to contact them in order to not have the order cancelled. In fact you will note that we did in fact contact them on Jan.20 .

Company states that the the order had a different name on the billing and shipping address. The only thing that was different was the first name. The last name and the addresses are all the same. Regardless, this is not a reason to cancel the order. Companies can write all the policies they want, policies are a guideline, they are a fluid document and policies are, and can be changed at any time. The original email they sent with the 2 day warning was not even opened by us because there was nothing identifying it as being from rightstuf or about our order in the small view before opening the email.

They say that customers have the option to call. I did call, and to this day have not received a call back as requested. According to the companies response to the BBB, I did meet the timeline set out by them with the extension they say the gave. Rightstuf, do not hide behind seriously flawed policies. When is it ever acceptable to have a 20 day delay in hearing from a company to verify info that they already have for the credit card, when this is about the time frame we where expecting to receive the order.

Do what is right and refund the special needs child their money. I used to love this company but they have sadly gone downhill over the last two years. They tell you exactly what you already know and will not provide additional details or answer questions. They were also very argumentative with me when I was asking questions.

They used to be top of their game in terms of appealing to collectors. Sadly, that mindset has disappeared due for the sake of efficiency. You can tell the items are not packaged with care.

They also take no responsibility for damaged products and force the customer to buy for the shipping label. Not to mention, they have an absurdly high standard for what is and is not damaged. If I'm the customer, that's up to me to decide and it is their responsibility to get items to me that are not badly damaged due to their poor packaging efforts. It takes them 5-10 days to simply ship an item then tack on the additional delays due to the pandemic, it gets very frustrating and they used to be faster than Amazon. Either way, I'm done with them and I don't like saying it. They have amazing deals and I genuinely like supporting the anime economy.

Well, the characters are fun to watch, despite the fact they haven't done much of anything yet (I'm only on the fourth episode.). Train seems to be stuck thinking on the things that Saya says to him though. But that doesn't change how I feel about the characters so far. Sven Vollfied is one of the most loveable goofballs that I have ever seen in anime.

Not only does he make me laugh and smile, but the fact that he lives by a strict code of chivalry makes me very happy, because honestly, we need more characters in anime like that. Train Heartnett (who is twenty-three… I thought he was nineteen… -_-) is a character that seems to be somewhat lost in his own thoughts, unsure of what is good or evil. (Seriously, in the first two episodes she chugs down bottles of milk like its nothing.) She is a crazy and energy-filled girl who is sweet and a bit aloof, but definitely loveable in my eyes. Rinslet is pretty much as crazy as Saya, and seems like the type of character that is only doing things for money.

Eve is somewhat emotionless, but she is interesting because of her curious attitude and I am anxious to see where her character goes. Customer service and return policies with this company are absolutely horrendous. Their reviews on Trustpilot are awful for the same reasons. This company is so money hungry it's disgusting. My boyfriend placed an order with Right Stuf for a friend for the holidays and recieved a deal when purchasing items.

The post office has a problem reading our address and sent the packages he ordered back to Right Stuf. We've gone to the post office about this problem so many times and they've not been able to do anything. Any other company we call and explain this issue to, they say that they will ship the product back or give the option of sending the product to another address instead. When calling Right Stuf to address this issue, they told my boyfriend that they can only issue a refund, but not a full refund. And they will not resend the items out to a new address.

They explained that they are going to deduct FOUR charges from his refund . So out of the $100 he spent, he has only gotten back around $22. So now his friend isn't getting any of his Christmas gifts. And all the customer service representative said was that he could repurchase these items during another sale.

Tsukimi and Kuranosuke receive the vast majority of development in this rather short series. Tsukimi is a rather tragic character; her awkwardness during social interactions holds her back from achieving what she came to Tokyo to do, become an illustrator. These two characters are amazingly complex and the show explores their individual uncertainties and potential almost effortlessly. Their lives are weaved together by similar backgrounds but they are kept apart because of completely opposite personalities, which makes their relationship all the more complicated and interesting. I hope you like it as much as I do, but I really do think it's worth just keeping it sealed and playing the localized version. I know that the digital price of CS is a hard pill for some to swallow, but I'm getting my money's worth out of it. Some may want to wait for a serious price drop if going for digital.

Rokujou MiharuAs I said before, Miharu is apathetic and mischievous, wanting nothing to do with the Nabari world.

However, when Yoite comes to him, things change. The two start off as acquaintances, but Miharu, a boy who doesnt care about anything…begins to care for Yoite. He wants Yoite to be happy, never existing, but Miharu doesn't want to forget Yoite. Miharu says many times throughout the series that Yoite is just like himself, same in apathy and loneliness. Yoite has become someone that Miharu wants to protect, someone that he will do anything for, even if Miharu gets hurt.

By the end of the series, Miharu's apathy, caused by the death of his parents, dissapears. Miharu is an interesting character for a shounen anime. He's not like Naruto or any characters like him. Miharu is apathetic due to his parents' death as I said before, but he also believes that he doesnt deserve kindness, and that kindness towards him is unnecessary.

What Miharu learns is that there will always be people who will care about him, no matter what he does or says, and those people in his, life are true friends. Aizawa KouichiKouichi is a kind, soft-spoken, and rather wise 14 year old boy. (Or is he 14? Hmm….) However, he can be rather frightening to watch.

Because he can kill a man, without feeling contradiction and make another man think that he himself killed that man, not Kouichi. He can also be rather merciless as well… Kouichi harbors a secret that burdens him. He is immortal, due to the Shinrabanshou 200 years before Miharu. He wishes he could die, because he does not want to see those he holds dear die.

At the end of the series, Kouichi doesnt ask Miharu to use to Shinrabanshou to make him mortal. Because Kouichi learns that he has forever to make a difference, and he doesnt have to watch the would around him die. He feels indebted to the Aizawa clan for taking him in. He also learns that even though he is immortal, people care about what happens to him. All of us as humans do not have all of time to make a difference like Kouichi can, but what if we lived that way?

What if we lived like we had forever to not stand by and watch things change, but rather, used our forever that we possess, use our every day to do something, rather than watch the sun rise and the sun set? To live life doing something instead of nothing. Received an email almost two weeks later asking for identification. Literally everything you'd need to steal someone's identity. So I called their customer service and they told me it was part of their policy.

They asked me to cancel and reorder with paypal. Needless to say, I told them to cancel the order and I will not be doing any business with them. Either RS warehouse workers stay extremely late into the night gathering and packing orders , or RS just doesn't truly care about its customers. Their logic is seriously flawed if the rule is "cancel within 2 hours or you're SOL" and I call with an hour and a half of them being open the day following a late-night order but still get denied an order change.
